C. Todd Ross
C. Todd Ross received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 from the University of Georgia. In 1997 Todd graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1997, Todd is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Appointed in 2013, Todd serves on the Legal Committee for the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation’s Steering Committee. He has presented on workers’ compensation topics to numerous claims associations, TPA’s, employers, insurers, self-insureds, and at State Bar of Georgia seminars. He is also very active with the Georgia Association of Manufacturers. Todd represents several individual members of the association and has served as outside counsel to the association itself. Additionally, he has presented on the topic of workers’ compensation at the association’s annual Workforce/Plant Management seminar since 2010.
Patricia P. Cunningham
Patricia (“Tricia”) Cunningham has nearly two decades worth of experience representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims here in Georgia. Tricia’s clients include a wide variety of industries, such as manufacturing, healthcare, construction, retail, hospitality, and transportation. In addition, Tricia gained valuable experience working as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Hearings Operations with the Social Security Administration, where she drafted post-hearing appellate decisions related to Social Security Disability claims for various administrative law judges.
Penny L. Hannah
Penny’s practice focuses on general liability defense, civil procedure, and motion practice, with an emphasis on cases involving the Georgia Tort Claims Act. Prior to joining the firm, Penny gained twenty years’ experience working as an Assistant Attorney General for the Georgia Attorney General’s Office. There, Penny represented numerous state agencies, including the Georgia Department of Human Services, its Division of Family and Children Services, the Georgia Board for Health Care Workforce, and the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
